• the name and business registry code of the company you represent
• position

Where do we get the data from?

• From you yourself, when you fill in an application or communicate with us.
• From the policyholder or others connected with your insurance contract.

We share data only when necessary. For example:

• with insurers and intermediaries, to find suitable insurance for you,
• with our staff and partners (e.g. financial service providers, IT service providers, auditors, accountants, lawyers, debt-collection firms and investigative bodies).

How long do we keep the data?

We keep the data for as long as your insurance contract is in force. After that we keep the data only for as long as the law requires or until any possible claims have expired.

• request correction or updating of the data,
• request deletion of the data (in which case we can no longer provide the service),
• withdraw your consent (in which case we cannot perform the contract),
• object to decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing.
